March 15, 2024: E-News Updates

Posted on

Scriptures: Psalms 51: 1-11 NLT & John 12: 20-33 TPT
Sermon Title: Not Guilty...Chosen
Guest Preacher: Kim Smith

Kimberly Smith is a thoughtful, inspirational speaker, published author, and integrative health coach who happens to be an electrical engineer during the day. On any day, you can find Kim intentionally seeking out individuals to inspire. She understands that one kind word or just a smile can shift someone’s day for the better.

It was her consideration for others and hunger for a balanced life and well-being that led her to further her education beyond electrical to become an Integrative Health Coach, from which Kim~Chi Wellness emerged right in time to help save her life just before she got Covid. Kim’s passion for youth and love for people, in general, has led her along many paths. She previously served as Area Director and later Committee Chair for Young Life. She is a speaker for Women’s retreats and also loves to help our service men and women through the USO at O’hare and their special events.

EPC will be hosting a kids' tent at Art in Wilder Park on May 4th and 5th, and we need YOU to help make it a success! Please consider signing up for a 2-hour time slot to represent our church and guide children through a handprint painting activity.

The Faith Formation team will have all of the materials and instructions ready to go. No art experience necessary!
